Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee marketing and creative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans, managing team performance, ensuring campaign profitability, and driving business growth.
This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies
- Manage project pipelines and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure profitability and ROI across campaigns and clients
- Approve budgets and coordinate with vendors
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
- Build and improve workflows and SOPs for scalability
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Ensure timely project delivery and quality standards
- Handle client escalations and crisis situations professionally
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and campaign tracking
- Experience with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Google Analytics
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Budget planning and financial awareness
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
