Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide professional spa and wellness treatments while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong service orientation, and experience in massage and spa therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional spa therapies including:
- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Aroma Therapy
- Balinese Massage
- Foot Reflexology
- Body Scrubs & Wellness Treatments
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the session.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, spa equipment, linens, and products.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Promote spa memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Follow SOPs and maintain service quality standards.
- Coordinate with reception and operations teams for smooth appointment handling.
- Maintain inventory usage and report replenishment requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years of Spa Therapist experience preferred.
- Certification in Massage Therapy / Beauty & Wellness is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
- Professional grooming and customer service attitude.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts/weekends.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
