We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automation Project Sales professional to handle sales of automation solutions such as home automation, lighting control, security systems, AV integration, and IoT-based smart systems. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and closing automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through architects, builders, interior designers, and direct clients
- Promote and sell automation solutions (home automation, hotel automation, office automation, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, and project cost estimates
- Coordinate with technical/project teams for solution design and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and consultants
- Handle negotiations and close projects
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or Business (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in project sales (automation, ELV, electrical, or IT solutions preferred)
- Good knowledge of home automation, security systems, or smart building solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Preferred Experience (Optional)
- Experience in selling Home Automation, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, or ELV systems
- Existing network with architects, builders, and interior designers
