The Mother Teacher for Grades 1 & 2 is responsible for the overall academic, emotional, social, and behavioural development of students. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while handling the primary academic and classroom responsibilities for the assigned section.
- Teach subjects assigned for Grades 1 & 2 as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and activity-based learning materials.
- Conduct interactive and child-centric classroom sessions.
- Develop foundational skills in reading, writing, numeracy, communication, and general awareness.
- Assess student performance through classwork, homework, projects, and assessments.
- Maintain students’ notebooks and ensure timely correction work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
