Role Description
We're looking for a passionate AI Automation Intern to join our growing AI team and help build automation solutions specifically for hospitals and healthcare organizations.
You'll work on real-world projects involving AI agents, workflow automation, patient communication systems, CRM integrations, appointment automation, and operational workflows. This internship is ideal for someone excited about AI, automation, no-code tools, and solving business problems through technology.
No prior industry experience is required—we're looking for curiosity, logical thinking, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building AI-powered automation workflows for hospitals and clinics.
- Develop workflow automations using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Build AI agents using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Integrate hospital systems with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, CRMs, and other applications.
- Create prompt workflows for patient communication and internal hospital operations.
- Test, monitor, and optimize automation workflows.
- Document automation processes and workflow diagrams.
- Research new AI tools and recommend solutions for healthcare operations.
- Assist in implementing automations for appointment booking, lead management, follow-ups, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve automation efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams to implement automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and cloud-based applications.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must own a personal laptop and bring it to the office daily (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other Generative AI platforms.
- Exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and databases.
- Familiarity with JSON or basic scripting concepts is an advantage.
- Understanding of CRM systems or hospital management software is a plus.
- Interest in prompt engineering and AI agent development.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Tamil is beneficial for local healthcare projects.
