- Preparing a training calendar for the year in coordination with stakeholders of all the departments
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through various interventions
- Manage Induction and other training programs
- Maintain training data and records
- Coordinate with doctors and other SMEs for relevant training sessions in Induction and other trainings
- Work closely with CX/ Wellness team/ Business Heads for periodical learning interventions for customer facing employees
Location: Kaloor
Note : Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Health Care Sectors.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
