Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes and workflows
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, supply chain)
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support new product introductions and process changes
- Reduce production costs through process improvements and waste reduction
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
