* Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrolments through telephonic, email, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling.
* Understand the career goals and academic needs of students and recommend suitable courses.
* Conduct detailed counselling sessions and build trust with students and parents.
* Handle objections or concerns and address them confidently and convincingly.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue contribution.
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align lead quality and process improvement.
* Provide feedback from students to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
