We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team. Candidates with experience in Electronics or Engineering Product Manufacturing are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation: Identify and assess suppliers for quality, reliability, and compliance.
Negotiation: Finalize favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and process orders in line with company policies.
International Procurement: Oversee imports, shipping, and customs coordination.
Supplier Relationships: Maintain healthy vendor relations and resolve conflicts.
Cost Control: Optimize procurement costs without compromising on quality.
Vendor Performance: Monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier performance.
