Job Description:
This position is a first line NPD function requiring internal and external customer interaction, handling customers for business prospects, new product development after receipt of orders, follow up for NPD order execution, follow up with CFT members, vendors for timely completion and delivery of samples to customers.
· Leading NPD projects from concept to production, managing timelines and deliverables
· New Product Development of parts to customers – coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production.
· Manage all NPD activities and costs well within the budget allocated for the project.
· Handhold complete NPD activities from receipt of order till submission of samples and ensure a smooth handoff to regular production/SCM team with submission of all relevant information and samples.
· Validate all tools right from proto stage all the way till serial production tooling and handing off to regular production.
· Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationships with OEMs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
