About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Interns to join our clinical research team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to clinical trial operations, research documentation, regulatory processes, and data management while working alongside experienced clinical research professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical research studies.
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including Trial Master Files (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF).
- Support data collection, verification, and entry while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with ethics committee (IEC/IRB) and regulatory documentation.
- Track study progress, participant recruitment, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain study logs, screening logs, and essential regulatory records.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist in protocol-related research activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), study protocols, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and study-related documentation.
- Perform other research and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates in:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry)
- Nursing
- MBBS / BDS / Allied Health Sciences
- Clinical Research or related disciplines
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of clinical research and clinical trial processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced research environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Clinical Research certification is an added advantage.
- Previous internship or academic project in clinical research is preferred but not mandatory.
