Key Responsibilities 1. Cashless Claim Coordination Verify insurance eligibility and policy coverage. Submit pre-authorization requests to TPAs/insurance companies. Follow up for approvals and clarifications. Coordinate with treating doctors for medical documents. 2. Reimbursement Claims Processing Guide patients regarding required documents. Verify bills, discharge summaries, investigation reports, and claim forms. Submit reimbursement claims and track status. 3. Claims Documentation Collect and maintain complete claim records. Ensure accurate coding and billing. Prepare claim submission files as per insurer/TPA requirements. 4. Follow-up and Settlement Regular follow-up with TPAs and insurance companies. Resolve claim queries and deficiencies. Track pending, denied, and short-paid claims.
