About the Job
The Project Head will be responsible for overall hospital administration, operational performance, departmental coordination, manpower utilisation, quality compliance, patient-service standards, and execution of management objectives.
The position requires a senior hospital administrator capable of independently coordinating clinical and non-clinical departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall supervision of hospital operations and administration
* Coordination with consultants, medical administration, nursing, HR, quality, finance, maintenance, housekeeping, security, pharmacy, and support departments
* Monitor departmental productivity and operational performance
* Ensure proper utilisation of manpower and hospital resources
* Monitor OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, dialysis, diagnostics, and other departmental activities
* Ensure implementation of hospital SOPs and management instructions
* Coordinate NABH, quality, patient-safety, and statutory compliance activities
* Conduct regular departmental review meetings
* Monitor patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
* Coordinate with municipal and other authorities wherever required
* Review attendance, discipline, manpower gaps, and departmental requirements
* Identify operational deficiencies and initiate corrective actions
* Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to Group Management
* Ensure cost-effective hospital operations without compromising patient care
* Support business development and improvement of hospital utilisation
* Maintain confidentiality of all organisational and operational information
Eligibility
* MBA Hospital Administration / MHA / BHA / MBA Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification preferred
* Strong knowledge of hospital operations and administration
* Experience handling multidisciplinary hospital departments
* Good understanding of NABH, quality systems, statutory compliance, and patient-service management
* Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Experience
5–10 Years of senior hospital administration / hospital operations experience
Candidates with experience in multi-speciality, super-speciality, large tertiary-care, or PPP hospitals will be preferred.

Salary
₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on qualification, experience, and suitability.
