Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage stock and inventory operations while supporting overall administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in record-keeping, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in administration, inventory, or stock management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory management systems/CRM tools.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Basic understanding of procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory levels, and material movement.
· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
· Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and delivery of materials.
· Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock transactions.
· Prepare inventory reports and share updates with the Admin Manager.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
· Support general administrative activities such as facility management, record maintenance, and coordination tasks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and processes related to inventory and administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
