About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join a well-funded jewellery startup at its foundation stage. The company has already secured *₹50 Crore in funding, with an additional *₹50 Crore** to be infused over the next six months. The business is scheduled to launch within the next six months and is backed by highly accomplished industry leaders.
This is a rare chance to build the finance function from the ground up, establish commercial systems and processes, and play a key leadership role in the company's growth. As the organization scales, the selected candidate will have a strong opportunity to grow into the *Chief Financial Officer (CFO)* role.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and establish finance, accounting, and commercial processes from scratch.
* Design and implement accounting systems, internal controls, and SOPs.
* Handle commercial agreements and ensure financial compliance.
* Manage inventory accounting, debtors, creditors, and vendor management.
* Develop scalable financial systems to support rapid business growth.
* Work closely with the founders to build a strong finance function.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Strong hands-on experience in commercial finance.
* Excellent knowledge of inventory management, vendor management, debtors, creditors, and commercial processes.
* Candidates currently working as *Manager, **Finance Manager, **Commercial Manager*, or in a similar role will be preferred.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Leadership attitude with the capability to build teams and systems.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
