Key Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming materials, supplies, and goods as per Purchase Orders and approved standards.
- Verify quantity, quality, expiry date, and condition of items at the time of receiving.
- Maintain proper stock records and update inventory on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper storage of food items, beverages, housekeeping materials, engineering items, and other operational supplies as per SOPs.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methods for stock management.
- Issue materials only against authorized requisition slips approved by the concerned department heads.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of all store areas.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and assist during physical inventory audits.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable items to avoid wastage or spoilage.
- Maintain all inward/outward registers, GRNs, issue records, and stock reports accurately.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for smooth material flow.
- Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to management immediately.
- Ensure safety and security of store materials and avoid any pilferage or unauthorized movement of stock.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and audit requirements at all times.
- Support management in cost control initiatives by minimizing wastage and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
