We are looking for an experienced and skilled MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) Technician specialized in fusion jointing for an ongoing piping project in Nashik.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electrofusion and butt fusion jointing for MDPE pipes ranging from 63 mm to 190 mm.
- Ensure leak-proof joints according to standard safety and engineering protocols.
- Handle pipe alignment, cutting, scraping, and preparation before the fusion process.
- Properly operate and maintain fusion welding machines and related equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MDPE pipeline projects (CGD / Water supply / Industrial).
- Skills: Must be fully proficient in handling pipe sizes from 63 mm up to 190 mm.
- Certification: MDPE Fusion Jointing Certificate (ITl or equivalent certification from an authorized agency is highly preferred).
- Willingness to relocate or work full-time at the Nashik project site.
