About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and sharp HR & Office Operations Coordinator to manage our core personnel workflows and essential daily logistics. Based in our Cuffe Parade / Colaba office, this is a dynamic role where you will serve as the administrative backbone of our team—balancing human resources, staff management, construction site logistics tracking, and executive support for our Directors.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR & Staff Management:
- Recruitment & Employment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions to keep our teams fully staffed.
- Onboarding: Manage the formal onboarding process, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
- Attendance & Payroll Prep: Maintain daily attendance sheets and rigorous leave records to ensure flawless, timely data for monthly salary transfers.
- Staff Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, office protocols, and team coordination.
2. Site Logistics & Tracking:
- Shipment Monitoring: Coordinate and track the logistical movement of materials, tools, and shipments sent out to our construction sites.
- Delivery Verification: Maintain clear communication with site teams and vendors to log deliveries and flag any dispatch delays.
3. Executive Admin Support:
- Director Assistance: Handle direct administrative requests for company Directors, including managing travel itineraries, booking flights, and coordinating external schedules.
What We Look For (Requirements)
- Location: Candidates residing within a convenient commute to Cuffe Parade / Colaba are highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a dual HR and Office Admin/Operations role (experience in a real estate, architecture, or construction-adjacent office is a major plus).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (Maximum 5–10 days notice period).
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (crucial for attendance and logistics tracking).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Traits: Confident, reliable, and capable of maintaining strict professional confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
