We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, effective reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger accounting.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

Oversee payroll processing and related statutory compliances.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Create and maintain financial dashboards for business reporting.

Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and other financial systems.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team.

CA Qualified / CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant finance experience.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
