Responsibilities
- Onboard new turf owners and channel partners across various states.
- Explain BookYourTurf app features, benefits, and platform process to partners.
- Coordinate with turf owners for registration, pricing, slot setup, and app activation.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding onboarding and support.
- Assist partners through WhatsApp, calls, and basic app guidance.
- Follow up with pending turf owners and channel partners for onboarding completion.
- Maintain proper onboarding records and daily updates.
- Build good relationships with turf owners and partners for long-term collaboration.
- Support users with booking-related queries and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding approvals and technical support.
