- Develop and program PLC systems using platforms like:
- Siemens
- Rockwell Automation
- Mitsubishi Electric
- Schneider Electric
- Omron
- Delta
- Configure and develop HMI/SCADA applications.
- Perform machine automation, process control, and system integration.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, P&ID, and control schematics.
- Design PLC panels, Generate BOM, sensors Selection, actuators, VFDs, and communication networks.
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities at customer sites.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming:
- Ladder Logic
- Function Block Diagram (FBD)
- Structured Text (ST)
- Experience with:
- HMI/SCADA systems
- VFD drives
- Servo systems
- Industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Understanding of industrial automation standards and safety systems.
