About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Media, Marketing, PR & Content Strategy to lead our brand growth, digital presence, media relations, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy, managing public relations, overseeing news and media outreach, and scaling our YouTube and digital content channels.
This is a leadership role for someone who can build brand authority, generate demand, engage audiences, and position the company as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers.
- Develop PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach programs.
- Secure media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
- Manage corporate communications and crisis communications when required.
News & Editorial Content
- Develop newsworthy content and company announcements.
- Coordinate industry reports, articles, interviews, and editorial campaigns.
- Establish the company as a recognized voice in the technology and cloud industry.
YouTube Channel & Video Strategy
- Build and scale the company's YouTube presence.
- Create content strategies for webinars, podcasts, interviews, product demonstrations, and industry insights.
- Manage video production, scripting, publishing, and audience growth.
- Track engagement metrics and channel performance.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and content team.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, PR, or Brand Management.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing YouTube channels and digital content platforms.
- Strong media and journalist network preferred.
- Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, or IT services is highly desirable.
