Position: Field Executive – Plastic Recycling
Location: Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad
Experience: 1–3 years in plastic recycling, scrap, polymer, waste management, or B2B sales

Job Responsibilities
- Visit plastic manufacturing companies, factories, warehouses, and recycling units to identify plastic scrap generation and procurement opportunities.
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, recyclers, scrap dealers, and industrial customers.
- Identify and source different types of plastic scrap such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, ABS, PET, PC, PVC, BOPP, MLP, etc.
- Collect information regarding material type, quantity, quality, location, and expected price.
- Conduct physical inspection and basic segregation/identification of plastic materials.
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and coordinate scrap pickup.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and recycling plants for smooth material movement.
- Maintain daily records of supplier visits, quotations, purchases, and material availability.
- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and industrial-area networking.
- Monitor local market prices and competitor activities.
- Support the company in achieving monthly scrap procurement and business targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and make regular industrial-area visits.
- Basic knowledge of different plastic materials and recycling processes.
- Ability to identify plastic scrap by grade/type is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
- Good local market knowledge will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new suppliers developed.
- Quantity of plastic scrap procured per month.
- Purchase price and material quality.
- Number of factory visits and leads generated.
- Timely coordination of scrap pickup and delivery.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + travel allowance + performance incentive
Note: Salary will depend on experience and knowledge of the plastic recycling/scrap market.
Pay: ₹10,587.04 - ₹30,957.42 per month
