Job Summary
Eiffel Recreational Club is looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to manage club operations while driving business growth and revenue generation. The role involves overseeing daily club activities, enhancing member experience, organizing events, developing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize club utilization and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Club Operations
- Manage day-to-day club operations and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and member services.
- Handle member queries, feedback, and grievance resolution.
- Supervise club staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper upkeep and utilization of club facilities.
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase club revenue and membership.
- Generate business through corporate memberships, sponsorships, partnerships, and event bookings.
- Identify opportunities for hosting corporate events, private functions, workshops, sports tournaments, and community programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, schools, and local businesses.
- Promote club facilities and services to maximize occupancy and utilization.
- Achieve business targets related to memberships, events, and revenue generation.
3. Events & Member Engagement
- Plan and execute recreational, cultural, sports, and community events.
- Introduce new activities and programs to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Hospitality preferred).
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Club Management, Hospitality, Business Development, Facility Management, Event Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in revenue generation, client acquisition, or business development.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Clubhouse, hospitality, or township management experience.
- Corporate sales and business development exposure.
- Event planning and execution.
- Team leadership and vendor management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
