Magizh NexGen Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients for our software products and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern lead generation platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about initiating meaningful business conversations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, and building relationships that convert into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business prospects using platforms such as Apollo.io, Vibe Prospecting, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain a qualified database of decision-makers across target industries.
- Initiate conversations with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, decision-making authority, budget, and potential fit.
- Schedule meetings and conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and qualified lead generation targets.
- Continuously experiment with new prospecting strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, or business development.
- Practical experience using:
- Apollo.io
- LinkedIn
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach tools
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good internet research and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the SaaS, IT Services, or Software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to write personalized outreach messages that generate responses.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
