Position: IB PYP Mathematics Educator
Role Overview
The IB PYP Mathematics Educator will deliver engaging, inquiry-based mathematics instruction aligned with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). The educator will foster conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and a positive learning environment while supporting students' academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Promote inquiry, critical thinking, and real-world application of mathematical concepts.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate mathematics into transdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to school activities, professional development, and the wider school community.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB or international school setting.
- IB PYP experience or training preferred.
Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
