A Field Recruiter for Cab Driver hiring.
Core tasks include field sourcing, local networking, walk-in drives, screening, and quick onboarding to meet strict manpower quotas.
- On-Ground Sourcing: Execute local recruitment campaigns, mass open houses, and job fairs in industrial hubs or targeted communities.
- High-Volume Hiring: Meet aggressive daily and weekly targets for sourcing, interviewing, and rolling out offers to frontline candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess fundamental skills, willingness to work in shifts, and overall suitability for the role.
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage the end-to-end joining process, including document collection, background verification, and assisting with joining formalities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily recruitment MIS reports and build a localized talent pool/bench strength for quick replacements.
Ideal Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with 4-7 years of field recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in bulk hiring for Cab Driver
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with regional talent pools and active or passive job markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills in local languages to build trust and engage with blue-collar workers.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the city or region to conduct field drives.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
