About the Role
Advance Health Clinic is looking for a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team at Nandanvan, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in skin, hair, and beauty treatments, a client-first approach, and the ability to work in a professional healthcare-adjacent environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of cosmetology services including facials, skin care treatments, hair care, threading, waxing, and other beauty procedures
- Assess client skin types and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and workstations as per clinic protocols
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories
- Achieve monthly service targets and contribute to client retention
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in cosmetology
- Coordinate with the clinical team where treatments overlap with dermatological or medical aesthetics services
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Certificate in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy from a recognized institute
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a salon, clinic, or spa setting
- Proficiency in skin treatments, hair services, and basic beauty procedures
- Good communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, clinical environment
- Willingness to follow clinic standards, dress code, and code of conduct
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced skin treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of dermatology-adjacent cosmetology (working under a dermatologist) preferred
- Basic computer/tablet skills for client record management
