We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting business processes, and enhancing platform capabilities through custom development and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, including workflows, approval processes, case management, and automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and contract management.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
