Marketing Manager – Partner Marketing

Prismforce is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. The role will work closely with technology partners, consulting firms, industry associations, and ecosystem stakeholders to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and generate qualified business opportunities.

Develop and execute Prismforce’s partner marketing strategy to support revenue and growth objectives.

Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting organizations, system integrators, and industry associations.

Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including webinars, events, content syndication, campaigns, and thought leadership programs.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to maximize partner-driven business opportunities.

Create and manage co-branded marketing assets, customer success stories, case studies, and sales enablement materials.

Develop account-based and partner-led demand generation programs to drive pipeline creation.

Build strong executive-level relationships with partner organizations and serve as the primary marketing point of contact.

Monitor and report on partner marketing performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.

Represent Prismforce at industry conferences, networking events, and partner engagements.

Continuously evaluate and expand the partner ecosystem to support long-term business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Alliance Management, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.

Proven experience working with enterprise technology companies, SaaS platforms, consulting firms, or channel partners.

Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), partner-led growth, and GTM strategies.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, Workforce Management, or Enterprise Software industries.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
