We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fresher to join our production team as a Press Bending Machine Operator Trainee. The selected candidate will be trained to operate press bending machines, read basic drawings, handle sheet metal components, and maintain quality standards as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and operate Press Bending Machines under the guidance of supervisors.
* Assist in bending and forming metal components according to production requirements.
* Understand and follow basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
* Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring tools.
* Load and unload material safely from the machine.
* Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
* Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
* Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
* Support production targets and quality standards.
Required Skills
* Willingness to learn machine operations and manufacturing processes.
* Basic understanding of measurements and dimensions.
* Good physical fitness and ability to work in a production environment.
* Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
