Job Summary
DSO Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote our Restaurant POS Software and Billing Solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and retail businesses.
- Introduce and explain Smart Bill Restaurant POS Software features and benefits.
- Generate qualified sales leads and schedule online or in-person product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
