Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate should be diligent, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons/training sessions.
- Develop educational materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods according to learners’ needs and skill levels.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with management and international teams to improve training quality.
- Use digital tools and online platforms for virtual learning sessions when required.
- Ensure all teaching activities comply with company policies and international standards.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Basic communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
