The Learning Development Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of our programs within colleges that include Educator induction, seamless operations of teaching-learning, supporting the academic team at colleges with activities pertaining to the courses we are providing educators for. You will work closely with the Content and curriculum team to curate content for different subjects. You will also work very closely with the Educators in resolving their day to day queries, operational challenges and troubleshoot solutions to provide high quality education in the classrooms. This role demands a combination of creativity, strong project management skills, and a passion for professional development.
Assist in the execution of classroom teaching and development of skills, including coordinating lab sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives
Collaborate with the Content and Curriculum team to support in curation of content (PPTs, reading material and videos)
Handle logistical aspects of the programs, including scheduling, educator attendance, and managing materials and resources.
Maintain accurate records of classroom activities, evaluations, and student feedback.
Assist in conducting regular assessments to identify needs within the classrooms and contribute to program development based on feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.
