Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable planning, shooting, coordinating, and creating content around students, faculty, classrooms, and events while working closely with the video production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute video content ideas for social media.
* Coordinate with the video editing team to ensure timely delivery of content.
* Create engaging student testimonials, faculty videos, campus tours, and behind-the-scenes content.
* Assist faculty and students during video shoots to ensure smooth execution.
* Write video briefs and shot lists for the production team.
* Perform video editing for quick-turnaround content using Filmora, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
* Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new video content ideas.
* Maintain and organize content files, footage, and media assets.
* Capture high-quality photos and videos during seminars, workshops, events, and classroom activities as per need.
* Ensure all content follows the brand guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in content creation or video production.
* Working knowledge of video editing software such as Filmora, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
* Good understanding of framing, lighting, and mobile videography.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to travel for events and outdoor shoots when required.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in creating educational or student-focused content.
* Basic photography and videography skills.
* Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video trends.
* Experience working with content calendars and production planning.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
