Job Role- CRM / Patient Counselor
Location- Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida Sector 36
Job Description -
We are looking for a confident & empathetic counselor to guide patients on skin, hair & laser treatments.
Key Responsibilities -
- Counsel walk-in & telephonic patients about skin, hair, and laser treatments
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and packages to patients
- Handle patient queries and follow-ups to ensure high conversion
- Maintain patient records in CRM and coordinate with doctors
- Achieve monthly targets for consultations & bookings
Requirements -
- Graduate in any stream , 2+ year experience in counseling/sales preferred
- Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English
- Experience in healthcare/beauty/wellness industry is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM handling
- Pleasing personality with patient-friendly approa
Salary- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentives
