- To work closely with the Head of Projects in implementing the MEP works in the site.
Evaluate projects along with Designers, Architects & Project Managers.
- Coordinate with the in-house Design Management department on project Electrical
/Plumbing/Firefighting issues.
- Material procurement evaluations of Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing from Vendors
- To estimate the budget and to control in implementing MEP works in the site.
- Responsible for technical evaluations of Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing for Vendor quotations.
- Reviews project contract documents and monitors construction activities to ensure compliance
- Monitors and/or evaluates electrical tests such as ground-fault, ground resistance, insulation
resistance, polarity, continuity, capacity, load and other electrical field tests as required.
- Exercises ability to interpret single-line and/or schematic electrical drawings as well as plans and specifications.
- Field checks installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, conduit, cable,
panels and other components of the electrical system being installed. Assures compliance with approved submittals.
- Based on design proposals, carry out techno-commercial negotiations for various
MEP works.
- Monitors all electrical installations to assure circuitry phasing, equipment, and grounding adhere to construction documents and National Electric Code requirements.
- To Evaluate Mechanical design documents, specifications, BOQs, variations, scope of works
according to standards, regulations and as per the site conditions.
- Verifies equipment settings, alignment, and testing and energization requirements.
- Provides general inspection on all contractor and subcontractor work to assure a safe and
workman like operation.
Required Candidate profile

- Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognized institute.
- 5 to 10 Years of total experience in construction with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Key Skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
- Skilled in reading plans/drawings/specifications of architectural, structural and engineering framework.
- Should be able to handle Planning, Coordination, Bill Certifications, Drawings, Execution etc.
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Telugu.
