Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate Driver on Call, Taxi, Valet, and Personal Driver bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Meet daily and monthly customer engagement and booking targets.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and bookings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
