Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets across various loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Generate business through referrals, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Prepare sales reports and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with operations and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Loan Sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements.
