Job Summary: Leads the delivery of complex, global strategic programs within the Global Car Fleet function, driving execution of transformation initiatives, operating model evolution, and enterprise priorities. Accountable for end-to-end program management, stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery of business outcomes across multiple geographies and functions.
This role combines strong project and program governance, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to translate business objectives into executable plans while ensuring alignment to global standards, compliance requirements, and financial targets
In your role you will be expected to:
Program Leadership & Delivery

Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs (e.g., outsourcing, transformation, V&A integration) from mobilization through execution and stabilization

Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Method One) to ensure disciplined planning, risk management, and delivery rigor
Stakeholder Management

Manage senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement+, CIO, MU leads) to align priorities, resolve issues, and secure decisions

Enable transparency, governance, and consistent decision-making across global forums Communications & Storytelling

Develop clear, executive-ready communications (written and verbal) to articulate strategy, progress, risks, and business impact

Translate complex program data into compelling narratives for C-suite and leadership audiences
Strategic & Conceptual Thinking

Shape program direction by connecting enterprise strategy to operational execution

Anticipate dependencies, risks, and opportunities across markets, vendors, and internal functions
Operating Model & Transformation Execution

Support design and activation of global operating models, governance structures, and vendor frameworks

Drive adoption, change management, and stakeholder buy-in across impacted teams and countries
Project & Portfolio Management

Oversee integrated program plans, financials, milestones, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
