About the Role
D'LIFE Home Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising installations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication among clients, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution schedules before commencement.
- Conduct site surveys and verify dimensions, utility points, and project readiness.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution as per timelines.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service vendors to maintain workflow continuity.
- Monitor material deliveries and verify quantities and specifications at project sites.
- Track project milestones and report progress to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
- Address site-related challenges and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and execution status.
- Support project completion activities, snag rectification, and final handover processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in interior execution, fit-out projects, construction supervision, or related fields.
- Knowledge of site operations, project coordination, and execution planning.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
