We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Kannada to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Provide product and service information in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
