Job Overview
Shiva Tracking Fleet Services is hiring a Truck Dispatcher in Bathinda. The role includes tracking trucks, coordinating with drivers, maintaining fuel records, updating Excel sheets, and supporting daily dispatch operations. Candidates with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and dispatch or logistics experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Track trucks and support timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers on delays, routes, schedules, and updates.
- Maintain fuel sheets and dispatch records.
- Update Excel sheets and operational reports.
- Monitor shipment progress and assist with fleet operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Comfortable communicating with drivers by call or message.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Prior experience in truck dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is an advantage.
