Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients across the UK and European markets, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK and Europe.
- Identify customer needs and present the company's products/services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Confident in handling cold calls and overcoming objections.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work in UK/European shifts, if required.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
- Experience in international sales or calling UK/European clients is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,250.09 - ₹40,158.20 per month
