About the Role
AEN Interiors is currently embarking on an exciting brand expansion. We are launching a new, premium lifestyle and apparel label, Zalira, and we are looking for a visionary Fashion Designer to lead the research and conceptualization phase of our inaugural collection.
As an interior design firm, we value spatial aesthetics, material integrity, and timeless luxury. We are looking for someone who can translate these design principles into fashion—creating outfits that are not only wearable but reflect a sophisticated, modern, and high-end sensibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Trend & Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into fashion trends, silhouettes, and fabric innovations that align with our brand’s minimalist and modern aesthetic.
- Concept Development: Create mood boards, color palettes, and initial sketches for the first collection.
- Material Curation: Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and materials.
- Design Execution: Translate abstract concepts into technical sketches and production-ready designs.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with our leadership team to ensure the clothing line maintains the same level of luxury and attention to detail that AEN Interiors is known for.
- Prototyping: Oversee the sample-making process to ensure fit and finish align with the design vision.
What We Are Looking For
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a clean, modern aesthetic and an eye for high-end fashion.
- Creative Intuition: You have a natural ability to predict trends and translate "vibes" into tangible garments.
- Material Knowledge: A deep understanding of fabric properties, drape, and texture is essential.
- Cross-Disciplinary Mindset: You appreciate design in all forms. While your focus is fashion, you understand how it intersects with lifestyle, architecture, and interior design.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in fashion design, garment construction, or a related field.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
