Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to independently manage payroll operations, statutory compliances, and basic accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll including attendance validation, salary processing, disbursements, Full & Final settlements, and gratuity.
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS calculations, challans, and timely filing of returns.
- Maintain accurate payroll and accounting records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Pass payroll-related accounting entries and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash accounting, and monitor reimbursements and advances.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary variance reports, and department-wise cost analysis.
- Coordinate with HR teams, auditors, and consultants, and support monthly closing and audit activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com / M.Com
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll & accounting
- Experience in education/service industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel
