About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student enrollments, establish institutional partnerships, and promote our industry-oriented training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell training programs, certification courses, internships, and workshops to students and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Counsel prospective students regarding career opportunities and suitable training programs.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions in colleges and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with college management, faculty members, placement officers, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Educational Sales, Career Counseling, or Student Admissions.
- Exposure to B2B and B2C sales environments is preferred.
