Job Description - AI Full Stack Developer
Client Requirement:
Client team is developing a new AI enabled application which requires strong AI skills along with full stack capabilities.
The role involves data reading and manipulation from Excel to Database and vice versa.
The team is looking for well-qualified professionals who can take ownership and drive deliverables independently.

Role: AI Full Stack Developer (Very Senior / Lead Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-enabled full stack applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership from design to delivery.
- Build solutions for reading, transforming, and transferring data between Excel and databases.
- Implement integrations between Claude and Excel for data processing workflows.
- Convert partially defined requirements into complete working solutions.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Python.
- Contribute across full stack layers (frontend and backend).
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and scalability.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python.
- Excellent expertise in AI technologies and Claude.
- Experience in building AI-enabled applications.
- Strong full stack development experience.
- Experience in connecting Claude with Excel (Claude to Excel & Excel to Claude).
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end project deliveries.
Required Competencies:
- Strong AI-centric knowledge and application development skills.
- Ability to take ownership and drive project execution.
- Self-starter and proactive mindset (ability to convert 20% requirements into complete solutions).
- Strong problem-solving skills and delivery focus.
Preferred Profile:
- Very senior full stack developer / technical lead.
- Extensive exposure to AI projects and enterprise applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver measurable outcomes.
