Sales Manager
About the Role:
Drive B2B sales growth and client acquisition for Spark Engineers Groups (Maharashtra). You will be responsible for converting leads into active clients, managing industrial corporate accounts, and meeting monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Identify, pitch to, and close deals with B2B clients, OEMs, and corporate buyers in the engineering/manufacturing sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing industrial clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Market Expansion: Explore new territories and industrial clusters to expand the company's market footprint.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
