We are looking for young, high-energy English Faculty who can transform hesitant speakers into confident communicators. You won't just teach grammar — you will train future aviation professionals to speak, write, and present with global standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact spoken English and communication skills training to aviation aspirants
- Focus on aviation-specific vocabulary, in-flight announcements, emergency phrasing, and customer service language
- Conduct group discussions, debate sessions, and extempore to build quick thinking and fluency
- Train students on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and professional email writing
- Prepare students for airline interview rounds (personal introduction, HR questions, group tasks)
- Assess and track each student’s progress in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Create fun, activity-based learning modules (role plays, storytelling, mock press briefings)
What We’re Looking For
Age25 – 30 years
QualificationGraduate (BA English / Journalism / Mass Communication)
Language ProficiencyExcellent command over English (spoken & written) – neutral or global accent preferred
Presentation SkillsConfident, expressive, and engaging in front of a class
PassionGenuine excitement to teach, mentor, and watch students grow
ExperienceFreshers with strong English background OR 1–2 years of teaching / soft skills training experience.
Preferred Background (Good to Have)
- Prior experience teaching in an aviation, hospitality, or BPO training environment
- Basic understanding of aviation terminology
